Process
Allows finished products with complex shapes to be obtained in a single operation, in a variety of weights ranging from a few grams to several kilograms. The raw material is first mixed (once fluidised after being heated) in a worm screw and then injected into a closed mould.

Jars, pill boxes, caps, bucket lids…
Injection blow moulding is used for the manufacture of botlles. An injected preform is then pressed by compressed air against the walls of a mould and cooled.

Bottles, flasks, jars, pill dispensers…
Extrusion is a continuous transformation process of 100% green PE and HDPE.
It consists of introducing the plastic in powder or granular form into a heating cylinder inside which it is pushed by a screw. As it advances, the material softens, compresses and then passes through a die which gives it the desired shape.
Co-extrusion improves this process by adding several layers of material to produce a product that benefits from combined properties.
