CVP Packaging has been committed to a sustainable development approach since 2012 through its certification of the Label Lucie and other parallel commitments.
Why a CSR commitment? We wish to contribute to sustainable development, to the health and well-being of society and our employees, and to pay particular attention to all our stakeholders. In compliance with the law, we want our actions to be ethical, responsible and transparent.
Our commitments in the Label Lucie
CVP has been labelled since 2012 and has several commitments on different themes.
LUCIE is a community of organisations that share the same will: to make this world fairer and more respectful of people and territory.
For example :
- CVP develops the skills of its employees and ensures their regular and precise training. Our training rate is 6.5% (whereas the regulations only require a rate of 1%).
- We prevent all forms of discrimination and promote equal opportunities.
- Thanks to its So Green range, CVP develops more ecological packaging solutions to protect the environment.

Our commitment to the Emergence programme
Since 28 February 2019, CVP has become a sponsor company in the Emergence programme launched by Areli.
The objective of the Emergence programme is to enable young talents from modest backgrounds to pursue the studies they want and build a professional future that matches their potential and ambition.
For this year 2019, the 2 sponsors are Marie Tricot, our HR manager, and Stéphane Deleu, our purchasing manager, who will be there throughout the studies of the 2 laureates to open up their professional networks and to support them in their professional success.
